Hi!

I have a 20' utility trailer for sale. It's made by Tumbleweed Tiny House Co and designed specifically to have a heavy structure (like a tiny house!) built on it.

Purchased this last year, drove it down from Oregon to California and have otherwise kept it covered and in dry Fresno, CA where you can come check it out. I did complete some of the initial steps of the build according to Tumbleweed's plans including the fascia and subfloor insulation with EPS rigid foam.

None of the structural parts of the trailer have been altered and all additional material can be easily removed from the frame

Condition is practically NEW
