Description:
Office trailer is 26 foot x 8 foot, as you can see in the pics. it was split into 2 offices with a wall and the bath is in the middle. One end has cabinets and a sink with a small instant hot water heater which can be removed if needed for office space. The bathroom has a new toilet. trailer has new tires and pulls good. I have a set of trailer lights that can be screwed on and pluged in for towing. One end was set up with a desk and print table and the other end had a desk also which are gone now. I do not know of any leaks. Floor needs a few of the commercial tile replaced. Lights were in working order. siding has some dents and dings as seen in pics but overall pretty good shape. I will paint it back tan or white if needed instead of the green. Deck seen in pics dose not go with trailer. Has an electric base board heater and 2 huge window units that will freeze you out.Trailer has also been smoked in.
