Description

***THIS TRAILER IS SOLD***THIS TRAILER IS SOLD*** Ultimate BBQ Trailer For sale in Georgia- this 16’ covered trailer features 2 separate smokers. 1st smoker is a traditional offset smoker that has removable plates for either reversible or standard with 70” by 23” (1610 sq Inches) surface. It also has LP gas lines for overnight cooking. The smoker has a brand new fire (19”x24”x24”) and warming box (two shelves 19”x21”). 2nd is a tradition grill/whole hog smoker. It has two 27” by 29” grilling surface or 29” by 6ft whole hog shelf (2030 sq. inches). One grill surface is already set up so that you can rise and lower the coals. The grill can also be easily transformed into a whole hog cooker. The whole hog can either sit on the grilling surface or placed into a rotisserie mount. Rotisserie motor, gears, spit and rod all included (have cooked a 150lb whole before but would only suggest 50 to 75 pound hogs (will feed 200 people). Attached to the whole hog grill is a removable griddle (31”x16”) with two propane burners and a Master Built propane smoker (bought from Bass Pro). The propane smoker is showing its age but still works. It also serves as a good back up in case of weather conditions or if you need sleep while in the idle of a cook. Both smokers are removable and can be switched to the opposite sides. They are mounted on a 16 ft trailer with two 3500 LBS axles. The front axle had electric brakes but will need to be serviced. 14 gauge steel diamond plate for the floor laid over the wood floor. Aluminum diamond plate toolbox on the tongue for trailer locks and tools. Steel Interlocking Hurricane rated roof. The trailer is set up to mount 16 foot awning on both sides but I never got around to ordering them (Walmart $300). Two set of track light mounted to the roof with additional power outlets. Also included is a 9 foot serving table. This serving table in mounted on wheels and slides in-between the two smokers. It was designed to hold the 4ft Cambro cold buffet and will hold 3 full size pans. The last area is set up for a cutting board. It has a rack across the top for multiple uses. I have hung pans and utensils or lights. You can also attach adjustable fans to keep yourself cool in the hot weather. The bottom shelf can hold two 150 quart coolers or a dry box. This is the most dual purpose Open air BBQ trailer you will find. Every piece is personally built over the last 7 years to meet any demand. I have catered up to 200 people/ or served 1000 a day on this rig but stilled used it cook for family dinners.
