Kendall Cargo Trailer Trailer Dimensions 18’x7’ with 2- 7000lbs. axels with electric trailer brakes. This trailer is a cargo trailer with living quarters similar to a toy hauler. I am second owner and have owned this trailer for a year. I used it while building my home to stay in and store my tools. It has been kept in the garage during winter and is in good shape. Cargo Area The rear cargo is 87”x77” and comes with shelves. Floor is diamond tread and walls are plywood. The rear has a side small entry door and a fold down ramp in the rear. There is 110 volt outlets, lights, power vent, and side vents in rear area. Living Quarters The living quarters has a twin bed that has a large storage area underneath and above bed. The bath room has both a toilet and shower. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, and coffee pot. The trailer also comes with a TV. The living area is heated and cooled with a roof top RV Style heat pump unit. The water system has city water hook up along with a 30 gal fresh water storage tank and a 6 gal water heater. The trailer also has a black and gray storage tanks. The power for trailer is same as a RV Camper. Both 110 volt and has 3 12 volt batteries. Batteries has solar charger the kept batteries charged all last summer while in use. This unit also has a power inerter to convert 12 volt batteries to 110AC power. Side entry door is same a s a camper style with screen door combo. Floor is diamond tread and walls are white in color. Trailer has a front diamond tread storage box that houses the batteries, inverter, and other accessories. The jack is a 12 volt power jack that has a light on it. Everything is in good working order. I just used during construction phase on my house. It would be good for hunting, construction, or four wheeling. My four wheeler fits perfect in rear area. We have no space to store any longer in garage
