Has a Exterior 15 maybe 20 gallon water heater That comes with it along with a 20 gal propane Tank. I would call the interior fair to good. Missing front window where previous owner Had a window unit but has been patched With a piece of tin, due to the window unit Missing for a few months before I bought it There is a weak spot in living room floor Which is a simple fix with treated plywood Major problem is the front axle (it is dual) Has had the u bolt break disconnecting it And will need to be repaired before pulling it Also needs 2 tires, all original hardware for doors And cabinets still in great working shape. Sits on My private land where a mobile mechanic or buyer Can fix axle and place tires on it at any time. Easy to Pull off my property once those problems are fixed or At buyers expense can have it hauled which would cost Alot more, this model has great bones and would easily make The 30k to 40k range if completely restored and remodeled.
