PROS

-Freshly painted exterior and interior; retiled floorinh
-Replaced window panes/crank mechanism
-Replaced plumbing and water heater
-New and working trailer lights
-All electrical working
-Propane stove/oven and lantern in working order
-Fully functioning bathroom(toilet, sink & shower)
-four brand new goodyear tires
-custom-made galley benches
-comes with electric refridgerator

CONS
-No A/C or heater(originally did not come with either)
-Black water storage tank sits low due to trailer's design; not suited for rough terrain
-undercarriage missing about half of original weather-proofing

Previous owners neglected proper trailer care; several dents and attempted break-in causing damage to door. Door has since been repaired and fully closes/locks and is weatherproof.
