Custom built 8.5'x20' V nose cargo trailer with 8' commercial exhaust hood, axles upgraded to 5200 pounds (both with brakes), 5 aluminum alloy wheels, 13,500 BTU Coleman Mach a/c unit, 4'x6' concession window, double rear doors, walk in door front drivers side, 100 amp electric box with 8 breakers, 3/8" plywood walls covered with 26 G stainless steel (still covered in protective paper), and insulated ceiling. We were planning to finish this food trailer and use this to supplement retirement but plans have changed. We have more pics if you'd like to see them.
