Description:
Custom built " one of a kind" mobile rotisserie cooker. This is the biggest, baddest smoker you have ever seen or cooked on. Let’s start with the trailer. It is 40 feet long, 8 feet wide, has three 8000 lb axles, 8 lug wheels, with electric brakes. It has a sleeping/ resting area up front that has a roof air with heat. Dual Corian counter tops and a deep sink for washing up. The trailer also has a 14 ft by 4 ft fold out which is needed when the trailer is set up to work the cooker. Lights for working after dark and metal flooring for easy cleanup. The front of the trailer is covered with smooth metal which is painted. It also has another storage area under the front. It has 4 heavy duty crank down jacks which stabilize the cooker while it is in use. The entire rig weighs about 14,000 lbs. But pulls easy with the right truck.
Now for the cooker. The tank is 3/8 thick and 16 feet long. It has 3 separate cooking areas which has six, 16" X 54" trays in each section. Each section has its own fire box which is made out of 1/4 inch steel. All fire boxes have a damper for controlling the temperature and to make cleaning the box easier. Each section has 2 doors. One for loading the smoker and another door which opens at the same time on the back of the pit so the smoke will exit the pit instead of getting in your eyes. I have used this cooker about 4-5 times and it will cook the juiciest meat you have ever seen or tasted.
This cooker is for the person who wants pull up and cook for several hundred people with no problem. If you are cooking on the middle pit the other two will run about 185-200 degrees and can be used to keep things warm or heat sausage. All three cookers have commercial 6 inch temperature gauges.
