Sundowner 3 Horse Slant Load GN Aluminum Trailer with Living Quarters. 22ft trailer/8ft GN, 6ft short side/ 10ft long side LQ. Inside there is a queen bed in the nose and a closet in the very front deep enough, and tall enough to hang a dress shirt, the couch folds down for a full size bed, there is a small double sink, microwave, small black & white 12volt TV, newly reseated toilet, separate small shower, gas hot water heater, roof top heat/air unit (works good), it has water holding tanks, and sewage holding tanks so that it can be parked without hookups. The floor was recently replaced and new plywood and tile replaced (due to toilet leak that was repaired). It also has lots of cabinets for storage. Most of the interior has been re-upholstered with faux leather accents. Awning over front door, and light. There is a propane/electric fridge but we have not used it, so it may need some work. In the back: loading lighting, interior lighting, walk thru to LQ, large side door, 3 slots for horses, padded dividers, two drop down windows with guards, and collapsible rear tack with space for 3 saddles.
We have clean title with no liens.
