Description:
This is a Fast Eddy BBQ Trailer with an FE2000 Trager Pellet smoker. It's in great condition. Unit has 15 racks and can cook up to 800# of product. Unit is computerized and is all stainless steel. Interior kitchen is 8' by 14' with all stainless steel counters with aluminum cabinets. It is equipped with a 3 well gas steam table, large arctic air refrigerator, microwave, a 3 compartment sink and a separate hand sink, lots of shelving and a large serving window. Exterior includes an 8000W generator, a roof mounted air condition unit, one outside chest freezer and a 22ft canopy. Many extras......Seller has used the unit for 6 years, seasonally. Unit is ready to operate.
