Stainless counters at rear of trailer and both fold out customer counters are stainless. Small stainless counter at serving window with heavy duty commercial cash drawer to keep your money safe. It has three 100amp electricla panels that were wire to outdoor shpre power type hook ups for hooking up to power supply. All three panels feed dedicated 20amp oulets that you will need to run your appliances. Indiviual circuits for warming lights, warming trays, slushy machines, microwaves, refrigerators, frezzers, shaved ice machines, steamers, A/C, etc. Very nice features but critical to have good uniterrupted power. Trailer has been plumbed for LP gas to hook up fryers, griddle, etc. as well.
