For $100 extra, I will replace these pieces. Another option, I can replace ALL of the wood on the main deck for $500 extra. There is quite a bit of labor involved in this and pressure treated wood is not cheap. The reason I'm selling this is because I have a couple of race vehicles that I would like to be in an enclosed trailer instead.
