This 5th wheel comes with an Aluminum Arctic Insulation package & total surround aluminum plus (well insulated). It has a clean queen-size bed in the bedroom, sliding double mirrored closet doors with built in shelves, a built in 6 drawer dresser, a window on each side of the bed & a large emergency exit window. The bedroom has a total of 3 windows, 3 vents, 1 fan & a slide out. It also has a strip to pull across and make it a private bedroom. It has a separate sink & shower with a separate toilet room with its own door & a vent with fan in that room. There is a 32' flat screen TV and speakers around the whole 5th wheel for surround sound. 3 stairs down is the living/kitchen area. It has a built-in computer compartment, surround sound that can go to the same as the bedroom, or different. It has a microwave/convection oven. A propane oven with 3 gas stove top ranges. 4 nice chairs with built-in storage and a sturdy kitchen table that extends, to match. The kitchen sink has an extending sprayer nozzle. There is a vent with an automatic fan that blows out hot air and can run while raining to cool down the whole place within mins. There is a loveseat couch that folds out into a bed. An in house vacuum cleaner. Refrigerator and freezer that runs on gas or AC. 2 propane tanks with gauges to let you know when you need to refill. A well working AC and heating unit. We can have it hooked up to water, electricity, propane and battery so you can see for yourself that everything is in well working condition. The few things that can use some TLC are some of curtains are a little stubborn and some don't work properly but still open (None in the bedroom though). The awning fabric is torn. There is a small dent in the linoleum in the kitchen & 1 stain in carpet. The stickers on the outside are a bit faded. There was a protective layer put on the roof that is now peeling off but the roof is great because the protective layer was put on it. Thank you!
