It is equipped with an 8ft X 12ft all commercial, metal wall, kitchen consisting of a dual basket, 40 lb deep fryer, a three foot gas grill, food warmer, malt mixer, microwave , two refrigerators, one large up-right freezer, and one chest type freezer. It also has, coffee pots with cup dispensers, utensils of all kinds, and more. There are two large propane bottles that allows you to carry up to 80lbs of fuel and that is enough to cook non stop for up to four days. It has a large double sink for dish washing, and a separate hand washing sink. There is a 4ft stainless preparation table, storage racks and much more. The kitchen has a state of the art cash register, a 7ft serving window and two large menu boards. The trailer has throughout, 50’s style décor and the floor is Armstrong black and white checkered sheet vinyl with rubber backed runners. The kitchen has a separate air and heat unit and a large exhaust system. This kitchen was designed to turn out a lot of food in a hurry. The unit can be powered by generator if necessary. It has a 8,500 watt generator with 12,500 starting amps. It is more than adequate to run the entire trailer at any time.
