I have installed a petition dividing the trailer almost perfectly in half so it now has a "cargo area" and a "living area." The options/upgrades this trailer has are: 2 3500# axles with brakes on both axles with breakaway braking Rear stabilizer jacks RV style latch on man door with bar lock also DOT approved lighting with one DC light inside 30 AMP electrical service with Marinco Twist Lock Shore Power Inlet on driver's side of trailer 2 Sliding Windows with screens in "living area" Coleman 13.5 BTU Air Conditioner (no heating element)in "living area" and 14"x14" crank up vent in "cargo area" Mini Fridge Coby HDTV/DVD Combo with HDTV antenna and antenna mast mount on outside of trailer with Marinco Coax Inlet 3/8" Plywood walls with several hooks/anchors throughout 1/2" Foam insulation on all four living area walls and roof Vinyl Flooring in living area with Exterior Paint with Gator Grip Anti-Slip Additive on floor in cargo area 20' of E-Track Tie Down system in cargo, all tie downs I have are included Small Toolbox you see in pic is included (all other items are not included unless otherwise noted) I have taken this Trailer on two camping/riding trips and it has been great, my wife and I just do more camping than riding trips and want a travel trailer. The only "ugly" part of this trailer is I ran out of 3/4" conduit when I wired the switch to the lights so there is no conduit on wires running from switches to lights in both cargo/living areas. The wires are still in insulation so there are no bare wires or anything like that. The title states that this trailer weights 2100lbs, with upgrades it may weigh about 2500 now. Why go spend thousands on a Toy Hauler that you need a big diesel to pull when you can buy this one, and I will even include a weight distributing hitch for free! I do have a clear title in hand
