Health Inspectors LOVE this trailer. It is a 2002 Jackson Trailer built in Chickasha, Oklahoma. This trailer measures 8 x 8 x 25 ft. with 2-7000lb axles with an electric tongue jack and 4 manual leveling jacks. It comes with 2-40lb. propane bottles mounted on the trailer and a 100lb stand alone bottle. It has an Onan Marquis Gold 6500 Genset propane generator mounted on the roof so when the electricity goes out, (and it does) with the flip of a switch you are still in business. This generator is so quiet and fumeless you can set up in buildings without any problems. The door is located on the front of the trailer, there are 2 serving windows with screens, one on each side at the back, with cash drawers below each window. There is also a built in safe underneath counter. On the outside there are 2-9ft. stainless serving shelves and awnings above each, and an awning on the back of trailer. There is also an 18ft. CareFree of Colorado roll awning on the passenger side of the trailer. The 2 speed Essick water cooled A/C unit is mounted on the roof along with an aluminum roof rack. The tires are good, all have aluminum wheels as well as the spare. This trailer has lots of storage above and below the counter and shelves above the work tables. The breaker box is a 50 amp with a 50 ft 220v electrical cord and a 90 ft 220v extension cord, several 220 plugs for various electrical plug ins. The trailer can be used as a self contained unit because of the generator. This trailer is very neat and clean and always receives numerous compliments for customer, event organizers and health inspectors.
