A trailer that can offer you plenty of years of fun and Lots and Lots of STORAGE. The trailer is in good shape with minor cosmetic wear. It has an Air Conditioner, we are including a 10,000 BTU window unit that we used in the rear side window for the last year and kept the entire trailer like an ice box. The air conditioner also has its own remote control and thermostat that you can set it and forget about it. This unit is only 1 year old. Interior Description: The living room area: A blue and beige full size sleeper sofa and brand new beige frizase carpet (great camoflague for animals and kids wear and tear). The area also has cable hookup jacks as well as a radio and 2 speakers built into the room. Two in wall double electrical sockets There is overhead storage above the couch with a mirrored nicknack area for decoration, also there are 2 stained glass cabinets above the entertainment area with 2 cabinets below the entertainment area. 3 windows - one by the door, long front window behind the couch and one at the opposite end of the couch. Also there is a roof vent in the center of the area for good air circulation. The tipout unit (off the side of the living room area) has a window and beige lenoleum tile which serves as the dining area which includes a table with 2 fold down sides and 2 chairs. One in wall double electrical wall socket The kitchen (Galley style): has double sink a small microwave (in cabinet above stove) propane stove with 4 working burners Electric (or) propane refrigerator with freezer (Unsure if working, we never used it), will give small used electic refrigerator/freezer. Storage - 2 cabinets above the sink - 2 cabinets with a shelf below the sink - 4 drawers and a below cabinet space. Also a tall cabinet with 4 deep shelves serving as a pantry next to refrigerator. A spice rack vertical drawer and extended pull out counter space, Also cutting board piece that covers sink for extra counter space. Lenolum matching the tip out beige in color. Vent in the roof over the kitchen for ventilation. The Hallway (All storage) 3 tall closets with clothing rack and top shelf that extends the entire length of all 3 closets. Lights inside each closet. 3 cubby spaces below each closet for additional storage. Same lenoleum flooring in hallway as kitchen and tipout. The bathroom: (across from the closets in hallway) Private bathroom (not a walk through) Bench shower containing an extended hose shower head with water shut off(Can take a shower or bath in the enclosure) Counter space with sink and mirror above the sink (no medicine cabinet) Camping toilet with pedal flush Storage 2 cabinets containing 2 shelves above the toilet. Also a cabinet under sink and next to toilet. Towel rack built into back of the door to hang wet towels or clothes. Vent in bathroom ceiling with exhaust fan. The Bedroom: (Carpeted with standard beige carpet) Full sized mattress Under bed storage Cabinets surrounding the bed(two tall cabinets with 3 shelves and 2 horizontal cabinets above the window and bed). There are 2 night stands with drawers and access to hot water heater and fuse box. 2nd entrance/exit door in the bedroom with screen door 3 windows, one on each side of room and long window in back behind the bed. Vent in ceiling for circulaion. Corner cabinet with stained glass and 2 shelves and a bottom area with 2 additional cabinets (small entertainment area for tv). External Description: The Trailer as previously mentioned is 36 feet long and is beige with dark brown stripes Has outside storage that is part of the underbed storage of the interior 2 Entrance and Exit doors with screen doors. Large front and rear windows for great view and air circulation. Black metal frame wind out windows. 6 gallon propane hot water heater Heating unit with thermostat 2 propane tanks with cover included Electric water pump powered from interior The trailer was at the campground as a seasonal unit for the last 7 years. We are non smokers therefore there is no nicotine inside. The unit has built in wall sockets and cable jacks. The unit is paneled in brown with beige floral wallpaper in the kitchen area.
