This is an excellent shape bunkhouse style trailer. We bought it brand new for our growing family and then our family that we camped with bought a lake place. We've used this trailer maybe half a dozen times so it's like new. Just not using it enough to justify keeping it. It has all the amenities of home. The kitchen has an oven (never used) with a range top, microwave, fridge that runs on gas or electric. The bathroom is really nice if you have kids as the shower has a deep tub great baths. We upgraded the shower head as well for maximum pressure. Nice vanity with medicine cabinet and plenty of storage in the cabinet below. Also a door with direct access to outside, again, great for camping with kids and they get muddy or wet from the lake. The rear bunkhouse has a slide out with a space for a TV, 3 bunks that are rated to 300lbs which you do not find in other models. The couch in back also folds down into a bed and has a trundle. That with the fold down kitchen table, the fold down living room sofa, and queen master bed this trailer can sleep 11. It has a power awning, blue led rope lights for mood lighting as well as traditional white lights. It has an electric fireplace with multiple heat and flame settings, an entertainment system with Bluetooth, audio jack, and stereo. We mounted a 42" lcd TV with swivel mount for better viewing from the couch. There is also a place to mount a TV on the backside if you wish to have a TV in the master bedroom. It has ducted AC and heat, both work great, again, only camped in it about 6 times, this trailer is as new as it gets without being new. We have are leaving all the accessories with it which includes a 30amp extension cord if you're at a site and need a bit more cord to get to the main hookup so you can run the air without tripping anything. We are also including the upgraded waste tank dump hose which may not sound like much but for anyone that's emptied a trailer before you will appreciate it.
