THIS IS SOLD
Eye-catching attractive 6’ x 10’ Express concession trailer. I had this custom built for use as a multipurpose concession/cargo trailer. I spent a lot on extras to make this unit flexible enough to sell a variety of items and comfortable to work in. By using a removable ramp you can utilize all 4 walls for equipment and storage. Perfect size as a starter unit or for those of you who would like to get into the business for a small investment or as a way to make extra money.
This is a single axle trailer. I had it built with a 7’ interior height which is taller than most of the single axle trailers you will find available. The exterior is white aluminum. It has a 24” bright aluminum tread plate stone guard across the front.
Standard features from Express include:
• Aero dynamic front and cambered roof design
• All tubular steel construction
• 16” on center wall studs
• Safety chains on the tongue
• ¾” sealed floor deck
• 2 interior dome lights
• EZ lube AL-KO Ultra-lube axle hubs
• LED tail and running lights
• Exterior hinges and locks
Upgraded features:
• Curbside 36” side door with a 24” x 15” sliding window with both a handle lock and hasp lock.
• Drivers side 60” x 42” gas shock assisted concession window mounted high enough that people don’t hit their heads under it.
• 2 5/16” ball coupler rated for 13,000#s. I have also included a 2 5/16” ball mounted onto a removable hitch that can be used with the Reese style hitch systems.
• Slide under or removable tongue so that you can reduce the size of space that you need to buy and fit into most standard 10’x10’ spaces at events.
• Stabilizer jacks on all 4 corners.
• Interior enclosed fenders. By using the more expensive enclosed interior fenders you only have a small 2” shallow brushed aluminum cover showing on the outside. This eliminates the wide, ugly, and easily damaged outside fenders.
• Hard rubber PVC tread plate on the floor protects the floor deck, makes it easy to clean, health department approved flooring, and softens the hardness of regular wood decking to lessen leg and foot fatigue.
• Roof vent and dome cover allow hot air to escape through ceiling
• The 2000# tongue jack with a removable wheel helps push the trailer around to maneuver into place.
• Interior walls are white aluminum that is health department approved.
• 3500# torsion rubber drop axle gives a smooth ride. The drop axle allows the floor to be built to the lowest level possible.
• All tires are D rated 15” radial tires and that includes the spare. The rims are white powder coated with bright chrome hub caps. The spare has never been used.
• The ceiling is insulated, white aluminum. Makes it 10-15 degrees cooler than most metal roofs.
• 30 amp electrical service panel. This services 2 enclosed florescent ceiling fixtures, and 4 duplex recessed receptacles. I have a 50’ power cord that has a twist lock connector on the end that goes to the trailer and a standard 3 prong plug on the other end to plug into normal receptacles.
• Light pigtail for vehicle is 4 prong but I have a 7 way adapter included with this.
Equipment and improvements to trailer:
• 5’ Flip out PVC counter with supports for serving window.
• 5’ fixed counter on interior of serving window.
• Removable and adjustable closet maid open shelving on three walls of the trailer. Plenty of storage room for all your supplies.
• 2 exterior flag pole holders with custom made attention getting tall flags on poles.
• Extensive colorful graphics on all 4 sides. I have lots of matching extra graphics that you can add.
• Color coordinated custom vinyl skirting and valance to finish off the trailer to make it attractive and memorable to the customer. Easy to attach and remove. Easy to clean. Looks professional and makes you stand out in a business where the ugly, dirty, white trailer is what you see at so many events.
• Velcro signage hanging system so that you remove your exterior signage when traveling and can change your menu easily.
• Custom made photo signage for the menu items that I sold from this trailer. I have beautiful matching signs that advertise “Fruit Smoothies”, “Slushies”, “Shaved Ice”, “Frozen Coffee Drinks”, “Ice Cream Cones”, “Root Beer Floats”, “Soft Pretzels”, “and “Italian Ice”
• Equipment cart that is on wheels so that you can move it or remove it from trailer. Holds the hand sink (Moli synthetic NSF approved), water supply dispenser for fresh water (gravity feed in FL license for this type unit is acceptable.) It has enough room underneath it to hold the grey water catch bin and extra water supply storage.
• 1000W Kenmore Microwave.
• Portable AC unit on wheels. When you don’t need it you can take it out. It was just purchased this summer. It is 8000BTU and has a hose that you feed to the outside to have the hot air exhausted from the trailer. It only pulls 6.7 amps which is less than half of what the ceiling mount RV units will pull. This is a huge power savings when you are trying to operate at an event with limited power which is most of them. This is the perfect size for this unit and you can use it for other things if you don’t need it in the unit.
• 800# capacity aircraft aluminum folding ramp to use to load/unload equipment from the trailer through the side door. This is a back saver since just about anything that you want to use for equipment in this trailer this ramp will handle. I used it when I hauled a generator to events as well as when I changed out equipment to fit the event menu. It is 72” long x 36” wide and folds in half the long way. It only weighs 35#s and has a handle to make it easy to fold and carry. Perfect size since you can put it inside the trailer or the back of a car/SUV/pick up.
• The other smaller items that are included are a 5 compartment locking cash drawer, acrylic with Velcro menu board window. 3 master locks keyed alike. ABC fire extinguisher. 2 ton jack. Wall mounted fan. 4 wall mounted tie downs.
There are a few little dents and scratches on the inside of the trailer due to equipment being moved around in it. Some of the equipment has scratches on it also. That is the nature of the business since you are mobile.
This unit is as compact as possible but useable. The least amount of steps that you take the more productive you can be. Time is money and the faster you can wait on customers the less will leave the line because they get discouraged. There is enough room for two people to work in this trailer.
This unit is located at my home outside of High Springs, FL. It can be seen at any time during the day. Days during the week are best since I do my concession events on the weekends and that sometimes includes Friday set ups.
Cash, no financing.
