This unit includes a Onan 4.0 generator, 100 gallon fresh water capacity, 40 gallon grey and black water capacity. The tank area is also heated and insulated. There is a 34 gallon outside fuel station with a fuel pump, outside shower with hot water, electric front jacks, ducted heat and air conditioning. There is a full size bed in the front with storage underneath and a queen size bed in the bay that lifts up out of the way. The couch folds down to sleep two as does the bench like kitchen table. Their is additional storage located under the dinette seats. The kitchen has a large double sink along with many cabinets and drawers for storage. It also has a refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner stove with oven, and a microwave. This unit also has a shower with a sky light, outside lights, am/fm/cd stereo with speakers, rubber roof, day/night shades throughout the trailer, dual 30 lb LP bottles, electric and gas water heater, fiberglass exterior, rear ladder, and two entry doors. The 10 foot bay area has a lining on the floor for protection. The back door is lined as well with an aluminum flipout at the top of the door. It is supported by a rollup cable system.
