Side door is a double wide swing open. Bedroom in bunk over pin 8ft by 8ft. just about 48 inch height. 2 push out emergency style windows. Cherry cabinet frames only (no doors) on either side of the bed and over top. 2 deep cycle batteries under the bunk for 12 volt house power, these are 2 years old, but the trailer has been in storage for 1 yr and have not been charged up. Convertor when hooked to 110 power. 110 florecent lights. Hose reel with extension cord to plug into generator under bunk also. 5x5 neo angle closet framed out, can be easily removed for more room on the floor. Total of 32 ft on floor. All walls have been painted white. ceiling has been insulated with foam. Walls have e-track. Floor has tie downs in the front and in the rear. Spare tire under the bunk. 2 5/16 pin. Dual Landing gear. Rt side needs to be serviced as it is out of sync with the left. 2 smaller windows in the rear. I have a clean Maine title. Trailer is from Utah, and has light staining from prior business, and had decals removed prior to me purchasing it. Trailer weighs ~9500lbs. But tows very nicely. I pulled with an 07 f350 dually.
