We recently bought a boat and trailer then we found storage on the water - so we don't need to keep this nice trailer. It has an aluminum I-beam frame with galvanized steel in high stress areas. The wheels are galvanized steel. This trailer was used three times in brackish water (downtown Fort Myers) and rinsed completely each time. It came standard with a flat 5 pin connector but we include an optional 7 pin round connector to fit most trucks used to tow it. It has 4 wheel disc brakes with galvanized calipers and a UDP surge brake system with reverse lockout so we could back up without the brakes coming on in reverse or pushing up an incline. The winch is a 2-speed model (in both forward and reverse) with a heavy duty strap instead of a skin-ripping cable and it has a removable handle. We added a spare tire carrier and spare tire with lock. The trailer has less than 50 miles on it. All tires have sun covers for storage protection. This trailer comes with both a high strength stainless steel coupler lock and receiver/hitch lock to secure the trailer to the tow vehicle when parked at a boat ramp. This trailer supports up to 6000 pounds on Cypress main hull supports and is equipped with optional forward hull support bunks. We went with all the bells and whistles because we planned on keeping this trailer for a long time however times change and we no longer really need it.
