12 ft. Travel Trailer, good condition-you don't need to do a thing.
this is the trailer for you if you don't want to change everything, it is not a restoration project
It's a good, strong trailer.
Electrical is all hooked up and there are 4 outlets as well as an electrical flourescent light and some battery powered flourescent lights. No brakes required. Tows swell. No leaks, etc. has slight water damage from before it was fixed up but have not seen any mold
currently has 2 working windows/vents, the rest have just a thin strip of caulking which could be removed easily.
It is all ready to go and that's why our price is pretty firm. It's rare to find a trailer like this that is so easy!
Comes with a spare tire, mattress, some kitchen/basic supplies, and an indoor mr. heater with some starter propane, connection hoses, and filter
features a dinette, sturdy door w/lock, lots of storage, original ice box, sink (no faucet but water tank w/spickett in picture included), etc. etc. no stove
